The man is gone before he got to tell us how it was to live in a world where the greatest dream is to be white. He had talent, great voice, money, fame, he build his own fairy land, but most of all he finally got to buy the right colour, the right type of nose, the right type of hair, the right chin. It doesn't even matter that he became a monster addicted to doctors and pills in the process. Hiding under masks, make up and sun glasses, he lived the dream.
Maybe a smart story teller will just imagine his life and we'll see another Oscar wining movie about his struggle. Maybe he was happy after all. Now we can remember just the years of glory because the pathetic character for sexual jokes with boys disappeared.
We'll get to see how the legend is born.
